Shelbys Enterprises, Inc. educates youth and adults on how to become successful entrepreneurs via the skills of learning how to differentiate between different business types, organizations, visions, goal setting, business planning, customer service, leadership styles, and things not to do in business. Shelbys has built and maintained long term business relationships with youth programs, local businesses, and community stake holders. We look to further build on these relationships by continuing to strive to better our skills and personal development. The program will take your entrepreneurship minds to the next level, through experience, hard work, dedication, and mentorship.

Tonia Shelby is a proud certified minority and woman-owned business leader based in Southfield, MI. With 27 years of experience as a Business Education Teacher in the Detroit Public Schools Community District, she teaches students business principles and entrepreneurship. Tonia holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Services & Technology Secondary Education from Eastern Michigan University. An accomplished educator and entrepreneur, Tonia has been featured on "Live in the D" and is a member of various professional organizations.
